🔁 General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to return or exchange goods within 14 days from the date of receipt if:

the product has not been used;

its commercial appearance, packaging, seals, and labels are preserved;

there is a proof of purchase (electronic receipt, message, Instagram order, or other confirmation);

the product set is complete.
In this case, you can:

exchange the product for a similar one (if available);

or return the product and receive a refund to your bank card.
Returns are made through the service used for payment.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, except in cases where the product was sent by mistake or has a manufacturing defect.
🚫 Return of Cosmetic Products
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №172 dated 19.03.1994, perfumery and cosmetic products are among the goods that cannot be returned or exchanged if they were:

unpacked after delivery;

opened or partially used;
-
damaged due to improper storage/use by the buyer.
This is related to compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards and consumer health protection.
Thus, if cosmetics were opened, tested, or applied — returns or exchanges are not possible, even if they were not fully used.
⚠️ Clarification Regarding Defects or Incorrect Items
We carefully check orders before shipment.
However, if you received:

a damaged product,

the wrong product,
-
or a product with a manufacturing defect,
please contact us within 24 hours after receipt, sending a photo and a brief description of the problem. We will replace the product or refund the money (covering our shipping costs).
📩 How to Process a Return
Write to us on Instagram, by email, or via the contact form on the website.
Provide the order number and reason for the request.
We will confirm the possibility of a return and provide the return address.
After receiving and checking the product, we will refund your money within 3–7 business days to your bank card.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, damaged, shows signs of testing, or has lost its commercial appearance.
